Bhubaneswar/Kolkata: ( Pratyusha Bureau ) Bhubaneswar, 28.09.2026: National Aluminium Company Limited(NALCO), the Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, has paid adividend of 2,112.12 crore (230% on Equity share of Rs. 5/- each) for FY 2025 – 26,including the Government of India’s share of 1,083.06 crore the highest-ever dividendpaid by the Company. The dividend cheque of ₹1,083.06 crore was handed over to Shri G.Kishan Reddy, Hon’ble Union Minister of Coal & Mines, Government of India, in thepresence of Shri Keshav Chandra, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Mines, Government of India,by Shri Brijendra Pratap Singh, CMD, NALCO, during the Investor Roadshow onAngulAluminium Park held in Kolkata today. Shri Jagdish Arora, Director (P&T), ShriAbhaya Kumar Behuria, Director (Finance), and other senior officials from NALCO and theMinistry of Mines were notably present on the occasion.It may be mentioned that NALCO has reported a robust performance in FY 2025-26 with aProfit After Tax of 5,815.76 crore. The Company declared and paid a total dividend of*2,112.12 crore during the year, including three interim dividends and a final dividend, outof which 1,083.06 crore was paid to the Government of India.
