The award was presented at the Annual Cultural Festival , organized by Odisha Pratibha Samman, a leading socio-cultural and educational trust operating across the state.The grand ceremony, held at the Bhanja Kala Mandap in Bhubaneswar, saw Padma Shree Dr. Ashok Kumar Mahapatra, former director of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar present the accolade to Smt. Reena Devi.
