Bhubaneswar 26/9/2024( pratyushanews ) : In a press conference held at Bhubaneswar, Bulan Bhai Seva Sadan, National President of Dharmarakshak Shri Dara Sena Shri Mukesh Jain demanded the release of Dharmarakshak Shri Dara Singh on this Gandhi Jayanti. Addressing the journalists on this occasion, Shri Mukesh Jain said that this month more than a dozen Hindu organizations demonstrated at Jantar Mantar Delhi and submitted a memorandum to Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and Odisha Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Manjhi ji demanding the release of Dharmarakshak Shri Dara Singh ji on Gandhi Jayanti. Shri Jain said that injustice is being done to Dharmarakshak Shri Dara Singh. Section 55 of the Indian Penal Code provides for the release of life imprisonment prisoners before 14 years. But Shri Dara Singh Ji has been in jail for 24 and a half years.
