In a significant step towards bridging the digital divide in rural India,\u00a0Indus Towers, one of the world\u2019s largest telecom infrastructure companies, in collaboration with\u00a0NIIT Foundation, launched its\u00a0Digital Transformation Van (DTV)\u00a0in\u00a0Nuapada, Odisha. The event was\u00a0graced and inaugurated by Mr. Adhiraj Mohan Panigrahi, Hon\u2019ble MLA of Khariar, Nuapada\u00a0District, marking a new chapter in digital empowerment for the region.The\u00a0solar-powered, 21-seater Digital Transformation Van\u00a0is equipped with high-speed internet, modern computers, printers, and e-learning tools. It is designed to deliver\u00a0free doorstep digital education and public services\u00a0to underserved communities. Over the coming months, the DTV will travel across various locations in Nuapada and nearby districts, offering training to\u00a0children (12+), youth, women, and senior citizens.This initiative is part of Indus Towers\u2019 flagship CSR program\u00a0\u2018Saksham\u2019 and aims to provide\u00a0certified training\u00a0in basic IT Education, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), and Financial Literacy.The Indus Towers\u2019 DTV also serves as a mobile hub for\u00a0community awareness sessions, including digital safety, environmental conservation, and waste management. All sessions are conducted by expert trainers from NIIT Foundation, ensuring personalized support for learners.Speaking at the launch,\u00a0Mr. Adhiraj Mohan Panigrahi\u00a0said, \u201cIt is a proud moment for Nuapada to be part of this transformative journey.
